CIDECODE Cybercrime Investigation Summit 2024

Objective
DSCI – a unit of NASSCOM, in partnership with CID Karnataka and Infosys Foundation wanted to host a first of its kind Cybercrime Investigation Summit in Bangalore, primarily targeting the Government of Karnataka, Cybercrime Unit, CID and the police force.
Summary
Good-Bee conceptualized, designed, and executed a compelling experience, befitting high profile attendees including the Hon’ble Home Minister of Karnataka and the who’s who of the Indian CID and IPS force
Additionally, the event also played host to 9 industry leaders in the area of cybercrime investigation who came on board as sponsors.
Outcomes
The event was a resounding success and played host to 170+ high profile attendees. The event also included an stellar line-up of speakers from India as well as internationally, and an exciting Moot Court simulation to showcase a cybercrime investigation in action; the entire experience was covered by 8 TV Channels – both national and regional.

Jamf India Meet 2024

Objective
Jamf wanted to host an annual offsite for its Sales Team, for the first time ever in India. The objective was to create a compelling experience in a record time of 10 days that would set a benchmark for the rest of the offsites to come.
Summary
Good-Bee conceptualized, designed, and executed a compelling experience for the Jamf team combining the right amounts of hyper personalization and opportunities to bond as a team across the entire 2-day event.
Outcomes
The experience and end-to-end execution was highly appreciated by the client.

ROSCon India 2023

Objective
ROSCon India 2023 aimed to bolster the country’s open-source robotics ecosystem. Our clients at Rigbetel Labs and Acceleration Robotics partnered with Good-Bee to bring their grand vision for India’s first-ever ROSCon to life.
Summary
Good-Bee leveraged its expertise in event management, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics, engaging content, and innovative engagements to create an exciting experience for our attendees.
Outcomes
ROSCon India 2023, hosted in J.N.Tata Auditorium, was an unequivocal success. Over two days, it featured 14 enlightening tech talks, 4 dynamic panel discussions, and showcased 7 startups with innovative homegrown robots, along with key industry players such as ArtPark, Nvidia, Qualcomm ADI, and Arrow, showcasing the latest from the world of ROS. Interactive elements like holographic displays, a quirky photo booth, and a crowd favorite doodle wall added unique engagement. The event’s impact resonated well beyond its conclusion, with attendees still raving on social media for many days to come.

AWS ISV Embark Series

Objective
The AWS ISV Embark Series is an event for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) looking to accelerate the transformation of their solutions to the AWS cloud. This event was executed in three different cities (Bangalore, Mumbai, and Gurgaon) on the same day at the same time.
Summary
20 attendees targeted at each city in a short turn around period. Appropriate candidates had to be identified, targeted, and converted into attendees.The database at disposal was segmented and tackled efficiently to target the maximum number of conversions. Efficient tele-outreach and email strategies were employed to achieve registrations in a short period.
Outcomes
80 high-quality leads were identified and 37 were converted. Ultimately, 27 attendees were present at the event, exceeding expectations set by the client. The client was satisfied with the footfall generated on such short notice.

AWS Innovate Modern Aps (Virtual)

Objective
AWS Innovate is an online conference series that aims to inspire and educate executives and IT professionals about AWS and its offerings. This particular online event was focused on “Modern Applications”, a service that enables app building with AWS Serverless and Serverless containers.
Summary
Good-Bee leveraged its repository of mailing data to identify the targeted demographic with the preferred persona. The team worked in tandem with the data and tools available to drive registrations from preferred demographics leading to an event that was mutually beneficial for the organizers and the attendees.
Outcomes
Over 50 sessions were held at this online event and featured 8 high-ranking speakers from AWS. The attendees predominantly consisted of the target demographic.

AWS Tech Leaders’ Assembly

Objective
Inaugural AWS Tech Leaders Assembly in India to build communities of technology leaders in the Indian ISV spectrum, including CTOs, CPOs, and leaders in the cloud engineering space. the Wishlist shared by AWS predominantly targeted Founders, Co-Founders, and CTOs from young start-ups in India. Only 150 from the given list were based out of Bangalore. Registrations had to be finalized within a week for this in person event.
Summary
A new database of young start-ups had to be created to facilitate the process. The team operated with increased efficiency to drive registrations within the given timeline.
Outcomes
30 registrations from the targeted demographic were successfully achieved within the stipulated time. 17 attendees were present at the event held at the Ritz Carlton, Bangalore. The event featured 8 speakers with relevant subject-knowledge.

AWS AI Conclave

Objective
The Amazon AI Conclave is a gathering of industry leaders, technology innovators, and experts in artificial intelligence and machine learning. The event aims to showcase the latest advancements, best practices, and real-world use cases in AI and ML technologies. The target group predominantly consisted of C-level executives who were largely unavailable during the month of December due to the forthcoming holidays. A large number of the target group was based outside Bangalore and this was an in-person event.
Summary
The database at disposal was segmented and tackled with efficiency to target the maximum number of conversions. Efficient tele-outreach and email strategies were employed to achieve registrations in a short period of time.
Outcomes
The event was held at a grand scale at the Sheraton, Bangalore. 480 registrations were successfully achieved.

CANARYS / SAP Webinar

Objective
Canarys wanted to host a webinar for IT decision-makers in Indian mid-level businesses to drive ERP system transitions from SAP ECC to cloud-based SAP HANA. The webinar was held in late December, a period when a majority of IT decision-makers were unavailable due to the holiday season. The target was to get 50 confirmed attendees within a span of 11 working days.
Summary
The Good-Bee team crafted effective eDMs with compelling copies and appropriate designs to drive outreach through emails. Tele reach-out was appropriately scaled to achieve rapid registrations.
Outcomes
The target of 50 attendees was comfortably breached with 74 attendees present at the webinar.

KIA Pop-up Store

Objective
Temporary pop-up stores were to be set up in Karnataka for the period of October to January with the aim of boosting sales during the festival season.
Summary
Research and scouting for the right locations were carried out to finalize the pop-up store locations in consultation with KIA. Good-Bee leveraged its resources and connections with vendors to ensure appropriate structures were put in place.
Outcomes
The desired number of pop-up stores were successfully set up at the chosen locations.

KIA Times of India Auto Show 2023

Objective

KIA Booth @ ITC Chola

Objective
KIA Motors wanted to set up stalls at the renowned ITC Chola in Chennai. The aim was to boost brand presence, interest, and sales.
Summary
Good-Bee coordinated with its vast network to conceptualize, design, and execute an attractive looking stall that would grab eyeballs at the hotel.
Outcomes
The stall was executed perfectly and managed to attract a lot of interest from visitors to the ITC Chola in Chennai.

DELL Display Roadshow

Objective
DELL Technologies wanted to hold roadshows at various client locations with the aim of providing hands-on experience to drive sales.
Summary
The potential-end client list provided by DELL Technologies was studied carefully to formulate the best plan to cover all locations efficiently within a short period of time. Resources were consolidated to assemble a team that could visit said locations to provide a hands-on experience for potential clients.
Outcomes
Good-Bee successfully managed to take the roadshow to several targeted customers and provided them with a trial experience of the wonderful offerings provided by DELL Technologies.

DELL Townhall

Objective
DELL Technologies aimed at holding a town hall in their Bangalore office. The town hall was set to feature Mr. Michael Hollines.
Summary
The Good-Bee team swiftly coordinated with their connections to get the venue ready for the event within the stipulated time.
Outcomes
The event was successfully hosted at the Bangalore office of Dell Technologies located at Embassy Golf Link. The town hall with Mr. Michael Hollines proved to be insightful to the attendees.

DELL Technologies Alliances Summit

Objective
DELL Technologies wanted to host Sales enablement roadshows at 3 locations with the aim of imparting knowledge of best sales strategies to improve conversions
Summary
Good-Bee leveraged its resources and tapped into its wide network to coordinate across three different cities. The event was carefully mapped out and designed to ensure consistency across the three different cities.
Outcomes
The event was successfully held across all three cities and helped DELL Technologies have a beneficial Sales Enablement.
